Don't deal with them there support team and sales team are feel you how fool you are, don't have manners to behave with clients, they never pick up the call, the director of this company is like he don't care about what happened with client, he even dont have time for listen problem.

This company is full of scammers. Do not purchase a server from these guys. About 3 weeks ago, based on all the sales commitments, I did purchase a server from these guys. For 2 days, these guys did not setup my server. It has been over 3 weeks now, that I have been asking for the refund and they everytime ignore my request and have not refunded anything. They even deleted my message conversation on their ticket so that i can't post any review anywhere which i already had taken the screenshot of.

IF YOU ARE GIVEN ASSURANCE OF GOOD SERVICES TRUST ME THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY WITHOUT OFFERING ANY SERVICES.

I'M OK WITH THE MONEY I HAVE LOST WITH THEM BUT I SURELY WANTED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW FOR ANYONE TO KNOW ABOUT THESE SCAMMERS. BUNCH OF UNEDUCATED, UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. I'M ALSO ATTACHING THE TICKET CONVERSATION FOR ANYBODY'S REFERENCE WHO WISES TO INVEST IN THEIR SERVICES.

I have taken 4 servers from them support is very stupid and server also very bad they dont have own Data center they are reseller, support team has no manner to talk with customer, every time i have to request for renewal of plesk panel, they dont have proper setup of server after taking server since last 6 months daily i am dealing with there bullshit support ticket system.
