My website was redirecting to a site with malware. Dave was soooo helpful and so friendly! I didn’t understand half of what he did (lol) but he fixed it and went the extra mile to make sure I renewed my ssl certificate when it was time.
I run a reseller business and their support is my fav, Everytime me or my customers have a problem with our websites i reach out to them to get it solved, big shout out to Sergio from their support team who recently helped me.
The speed is very good perhaps having a good support doubles the advantage of hosting with them, Also had some problems with my vps hosting which their experts have just solved in matter of hours, I prefer them to my work friends.
Everything is so well managed for me, support was great speed and performance is very high.
