Kemudah (User Friendly) : 0 ~ dijawab namun Menutup tiket sepihak yg belum ada kejelasan Dukungan (Support) : 2 ~ saya masih menggunakan layanan regxa sampai bebrapa bulan kedepan untuk ini nilai tidak saya ubah. ~ Fitur (Features) : 5

Customer servicenya lambat, katanya ada jaminan uang kembali selama 7 hari, tapi faktanya baru beberapa jam belum ada sehari meminta pembatalan karena layanan tidak sesuai dengan yg diharapkan. akan tetapi pengembalian dana yang diberikan tidak 100% atau ada pemotongan karena penggunaan IP padahal baru beberapa jam saja tidak lebih dari 24 jam. benar-benar layanan hosting yang buruk dan sangat buruk. tidak rekomendasi
