All three, especially the Linux and ISPConfig are comparatively priced and come with all the features you expect from a high quality server, such as UNLIMITED monthly bandwidth and advanced system monitoring.

In addition, most problems are solved through their ticket system which they promise is fast and efficient. Very nice hosting if you are targeting a UK audiance

They are called QuickHost and provide exactly that, quick and efficient servers, service, and support. Most of their setups are instant if not within 24 hours, and they offer upmost reliability for competitive prices. While their shared hosting plans are extremely cheap and worth their value, they don’t have dirt cheap prices. It costs money to hire experienced support staff, high quality servers, and then maintain them virtually every single day, and that’s why the increased reliability gained is worth it the extra cost.
