Axiadata is a very new company established in April of 2012 with a staff with many years of experience. They offer web hosting services, domain registration and web design services with datacenters in Indonesia and the United States, however their main market at this point is solely Indonesia. They also sell Windows Operating System software including Windows 7 and 8 and Microsoft Office products. Their vision is to become the best hosting provider in the Indonesian telecom market in order to provide affordable access to Indonesian society. They focused on helping Indonesia in the world market in helping to promote goods and services via the internet. They tout cheap, reliable, and easy server and domain hosting in order to provide an easy internet access for Indonesian society.
Though Axiadata is a very small, very new company, they do advertise an uptime of 99.5%, which you can check at any time. With a small amount of servers in the US and Indonesia, they claim global access is not a problem, but will be a bit slower if you are not in or near the hosting site.
Axiadata offers a limited amount of services including domain registration, shared hosting, dedicated services, web development, and Windows operating system support. They offer small hosting packages – what they call “baby packages”- for a nominal fee, in addition to personal and business options depending on your needs. With servers in the US and Indonesia, depending on your needs and accessibility will determine where your server is. However, one downside to Axiadata’s new and small size is that they cannot host websites with high traffic or ones that need global access. Axiadata does not support Linux or any other operating system besides Windows, therefore if you want to run Linux or something else, you will have to look elsewhere.
Axiadata does not have a 24/7 support system, but does have a ticketing system and live chat system available. Their hours are not clear, as they say Monday through Friday 8pm-18:00 (6) pm, though surely they mean 8am-18:00pm (6pm). Saturdays and Sundays also say 8pm-20pm, but again, I am hoping they mean 8am-20pm (10pm). They also have a number of FAQ pages as well depending on your questions or concerns.
Axiadata boasts inexpensive and affordable hosting prices in order to achieve their vision of providing web hosting services to Indonesia’s society. They offer a number of different packages based on an individual’s need, be they personal or business, and differing levels of hosting plans. Though their prices are inexpensive, they do limit their products and accessibility to other hosting, server, and operating system options. Axiadata also offers a number of payment options and methods to better suit you and your business or personal needs.
Axiadata is a small, very new company that has limited services, but has a bigger vision of providing affordable server and domain hosting to Indonesian residents. With inexpensive pricing packages, it seems they are on their way to obtaining their vision, however, without expanding their options, operating systems, and different types of hosting, their options are very limited to the customer.
