We had an issue with our site as it was not working on Godaddy and they could not resolve. Paul migrated the data and within 2 hours he had our site working just like the demo.
The support team at GoDaddy spent 4 days trying to figure out the issue and why I was getting blank pages in the theme and Paul H resolved it in a few hours. I cannot thank him enough. The support that OneHost provides is far superior to other, especially GoDaddy. Paul deserves a pay rise!!!
As an avid web hoster for the past 40 years I have seen my fair share and experienced literally 100's of hosts. My experience with OneHost Cloud is in par with the best. Their no nonsense approach works. They give you fast and trouble free hosting without all the nonsense that other providers give. Support is there when you need it and I can say their VPS hosting is one of the best I have had. I am truly happy!!!

The support team assist me VERY FAST in the first few weeks I become their customer but it's getting slower. I understand that support ticket will being replied according to priority. Anyway, the support I received are ALWAYS HELPFUL and SOLVE MY PROBLEM and they're PATIENT and KIND (especially Paul H.) although I send a support ticket over a small issue :D Someone is trying to HACK my website and OneHost Cloud also PROTECT MY SITE from upcoming attempt/attack :)
There's still an improvement that can be done though...I hope the support team can issued a warning first to customer that may seems to violate shared hosting rules because my account was suspended once without receiving any warning and it turns out to be a misunderstanding so I got my account back after more than 12 hours. And it also good if anything happen to customer's website (for example, several IPs is being blocked), we receive an email about it so we didn't have to send a lots of support ticket asking why my site is this and that. :)

When this occurs it usually means we have other ticket that require immediate attention. We always prioritize tickets and any emergencies always come first. However in saying this we are always improving and we are not perfect. I've been on the host for almost 2-3 weeks now and I'm a satisfied customer! Paul, the guy that's taking care of my account has been an amazing support (even when it's stated that they're offline). I basically ran into a series of bumps while prepping my site and I was frantic when I left the message on their support page. PAUL WAS A LIFE SAVOR.
