Thank you Kirsty for your great help today. I was lost and my other host did not help at all. I am a noob when it come to hosting but with you patience and kind words you got me through it. If only more support people we are friendly as you. You have a long term customer with me now.

I have read a lot of positive reviews about Onehostcloud here at Hostadvice, So i decided that this hosting company is the best place to host my website. When it comes to their support team. well, Mr Paul was very helpful chosing the best plan for me. ( i have sent a lot of messages and the man answered them all without any hesitation). After i signed up, I was afraid that i cannot migrate my website myself (i am on the monthly billing cycle which has less support in other hosts. But this is not here). So i opened a ticket asking the support team and Mr Kristy was there to make it happen completely for me and free of charge. Thanks MR Kristy :) One more thing. I am not just hosting my website in a good company, But also i am with people who understand what they do. and regarding this point, I am sure that Mr Ben Mcguire and his friends keep doing what it takes to be the best hosting provider at very short time. I wish them luck and glad to be with Onehostcloud.

A quick review to convey our gratitude to Onehost cloud for the fantastic support provide during the past 6 months. Never have we had such trouble free hosting.

I almost never leave reviews as I rarely have the time but I feel I must convey my gratitude to the onehost team for thier dedicated and professionalism in getting all 23 websites migrated from Hostpapa. To me it seemed a huge task and I was expecting downtime and a huge bill. Alas, I provided all my Hostpapa cpanel details to Paul and after just a day and a half all domains were migrated and running better then they have before. I think we only has 20 minutes of downtime on 1 sites due to me not changing DNS properly. Now I have all my sites running on my own dedicated VPS along with cpanel. All in all I am VERY happy that I made the move to OneHost Cloud.
