The problem is not with them or their staffs. The real problem is that you are a cheap poor person just like any other average Indian. You average poor Indians expect the service of $10000 by paying just $10. Find a local Indian hosting provider who can handle you poor Indians and don't go to other providers except those from your country. Yes, I am an Indian. And I am speaking the truth.

I've been since one year on novogara aka ecatel. Never had any outages or any issues with them. Paid with bitcoin and got my Server in 2 hours. They answered to my tickets every business hours.
They fully ignore DMCA reports or even other reports. They dont care what you are hosting unless you dont add their IP's to the blacklists.
If you need dmca ignored hosting, then choose novogara. Netherlands and Seychelles best combination you can have.
Be aware, they dont have fullspeed uplinks on their dedicated server. Their network connection is not the best you would experience.

To me, it looks like you are trying to impress us with your retardation. From the communication, it's clear that support employee did offer you increase from 2x500GB to 2x4TB without any increase in cost. Yes, he had made a mistake by offering HDD's they don't have on shelf (they have 3TB). It's obvious they won't give you 2x 4TB SAS (not SATA you idiot) Enterprise segment HDD for free if they don't have it on shelf. They have retail price over $1000 each (HGST, HP, Dell).
But you still cry like a baby. You have options, accept only +500% increase in capacity for free or cancel order on already setup server and accept the consequences.
