I don't see any type of uptime guarantee, however. This isn't uncommon for companies that provide a variety of IT services. They just don't seem to make guarantees a priority. While they still are stable, it would be nice to have that guarantee in place.

While they don't really promote it on their site as much as they should, they do offer good quality tech support. They respond quickly to issues and will get you back up and running right away should you have problems. With cloud hosting, however, problems are quite rare.
They don't have any real 'self-help' items that I have been able to find. While not really surprising since hosting is not their main business, it is still a little disappointing since having a good FAQ, Blog or even user forums can make running a site much easier.

Reasonable Prices
The prices for web hosting aren't low, but they are fair. You can start with their economy package, which is just $48 per month. This gets you a gig of disk space and bandwidth as well as a variety of other great services. If that isn't enough, you can select from their other options which go up in price to $388 per month. The one area of concern I have is that they always limit you to 1 gig of bandwidth, which certainly is not enough for larger hosting solutions.
