It is high time a hosting company like Naijawebhost blazed the trail for hosting in Nigeria. Their unique selling proposition is their price. I have been hosting with the so-called big hosts but they do not give the flexibility of monthly payment and great customer service that includes sit-set up and after sales service like Naijawebhost. After having billing issues with my previous hosts for services I did not use, I spent close to 10 minutes on Google Search and it was on Page 5 that I found Naijahost with a hatching plan of N200 a month. I thought it was a joke, but since then, I have no regrets and I recommend Naijahost to all startups and small-time organisations.
Terrible customer support, you can pay for a service and end up not using it without help.
We run a simple blog with Naija webhost. Due to their various upgrades and the like in the tail end of 2023, our site was offline for about a month. It eventually came back, only to be removed again by spamhaus.org for spam activity. A domain that was barely online involved in spam? And what was Naijawebhost's solution? That we spend more with them to mitigate the issue. Why will we pay you more after what we paid for is not going great?
Customer support denies having anything to do with the problem despite sending out an email to all subscribers that a certain set of people have used their services in a way that is causing problem for other innocent users.
How can support be offline for over 12 hours. their phones switched off and no way of reaching out. I mean i've made payment yet my account has not been activated, can't reach support. Totally in the dark right now

I just tried naijawebhost's shared web hosting plan on a new website and my website loads up to 30x faster than y previous websites, they may not be the cheapest in Nigeria but Naijawebhost know the value of customers.
