I'm sure the services are fine but I don't think they are up front about the pricing. I learned after I ordered that the private domain contact is $15 per year for EACH domain and SSL is also $15 per year for EACH domain. For two domains that is $96 per year including registration. Compare that to Dreamhost which offers LetsEncrypt SSL and private domain contact at no additional charge.
EDITED: I corrected the error in the above review and apologized. I have to remove a star now that the company is threatening me with a defamation lawsuit and has suspended my account. I assume I am not getting my money back. It's too bad I can't post screenshots of his communications to me, they say more than I ever could.
FURTHER: Now they have rejected my domain transfer request so I can just let them have my money and go away, I have to wait 60 days now before I can make an ICANN complaint. My account is still suspended so no service and I am not even free to leave them my money and walk away.
FURTHER: I did receive a refund, but they still have my domain, hopefully they will not reject the net transfer request. Unofrtunately I cannot change the stars on this review, I think this is a two-star review.

Great service and excellent customer support. Every time I have had need to contact support, everyone has always been most helpful and very polite. Messages are dealt with very quickly, even when taking into consideration time difference across continents. Highly recommend them.
I have a reseller plan with them which is perfect for my web development business. They offer far more value and superior performance then the other hosting companies I've tried in the past. Their automated backup is a peace of mind for me and my clients. Highly recommend them.
Since i have started i have had a few problems but the support has been great. They are understanding and quick response. I have had no proper issues with them at all. Defiantly would recommend this to others. Only thing i would say to improve is the support a tiny bit since on one occasion i have to different answers for the same issue. But that could of been my fault with not explain it properly.
I'm perfectly happy with the hosting and uptime. It's the support that is truly amazing. I moved away from Hostgator because the support became abysmal. I get my tickets answered within minutes on Logicweb which is amazing. I'm really happy with my new host!
