I'm sure the services are fine but I don't think they are up front about the pricing. I learned after I ordered that the private domain contact is $15 per year for EACH domain and SSL is also $15 per year for EACH domain. For two domains that is $96 per year including registration. Compare that to Dreamhost which offers LetsEncrypt SSL and private domain contact at no additional charge.
EDITED: I corrected the error in the above review and apologized. I have to remove a star now that the company is threatening me with a defamation lawsuit and has suspended my account. I assume I am not getting my money back. It's too bad I can't post screenshots of his communications to me, they say more than I ever could.
FURTHER: Now they have rejected my domain transfer request so I can just let them have my money and go away, I have to wait 60 days now before I can make an ICANN complaint. My account is still suspended so no service and I am not even free to leave them my money and walk away.
FURTHER: I did receive a refund, but they still have my domain, hopefully they will not reject the net transfer request. Unofrtunately I cannot change the stars on this review, I think this is a two-star review.
I will tell my experience with this company from the beginning, First, of thing I was surprised by the features that this company offers like (2GB Ram, 2 CPUs Cores) but after I examined these resources I discovered that this is the big lie. I ran a Magento site in this hosting despite all the limitations in it and every time I open Magento backend I get "Resource Limit Reached" message. Second is the hell of the support guy who thinks that he is the only person on the planet that knows how to run a server and nobody knows. when I screenshot the problems and prove it they don't even say "Thank you" or "We are sorry for this mistake" they just try to resolve it after a rude speech. Finally I decided to move to another hosting company and want to download server backup, They said you should backup your sites your self, However, I did it and when I started to download the files, I discovered that the max download speed does not reach 500Kbps and imagine how does it take time to download such 50GB of files. When I asked them for the support they said - as usual - we can not do any thing and you are the only customer that complains about the download speed. Finally I want to attach a pice of the replies that I was getting from them here: https://ibb.co/CnRrZ73 They closed my account without any warning and they didn't let me complete downloading my backups!
We lease IP space from them and every time we have needed a response they have surprised us with their quick responses. They offer top notch support! Even on a Saturday evening when you think they might be a little slower, we get lightning fast response. Excellent company!

We discovered Logicweb after being let down by an IP broker, we were in desperate need to lease an IP range for our broadband network.
