They have been in business since 2006 and have a good reputation for providing quality hosting solutions to their customers. They focus heavily on their web hosting services, but they also provide other services beyond that to those who need it.
While they don’t seem to have an uptime guarantee that I am able to find, they also seem to provide high quality hosting. I looked around for people who had issues with either slow load times or outages and wasn’t able to find any real complaints. This is, of course, a good sign of stability. In addition, they use good hardware and have nice data center facilities that they are housed in.
You’ll find that you will have access to everything you need when you work with this company. They have found a good balance between the level of features that are needed without having to charge too much. Their hosting services can be shared hosting, VPS hosting or dedicated servers. Within each of these selections you will be able to choose from the different features they have available.
Of course, they focus only on Linux hosting solutions, so if you want Windows hosting, this is not the right company for you. Beyond that, however, they have a nice list of features. Unlimited disk space on shared hosting, high limits for both VPS and dedicated servers. You also get a free domain name with the shared hosting packages, which is a nice little perk.
If you’re looking for other services like email marketing help, they can provide that as well. For those who want to consolidate as many services as possible into one company, this is nice.
You’ll be able to get in touch with the support teams with this company quickly and easily. They respond fast to tickets and are there for you 24/7 to answer questions or provide technical help. I could not find any type of blog, FAQ or ‘how-to’ section for self help, however, which would have been a nice touch.
Their prices are kept quite low for all their services. Shared hosting starts at just $2.99 per month. VPS options start at $49 per month and dedicated servers at $235. Despite the low prices, they don’t cut anything essential out of their hosting. They are lacking a little bit on the high end solutions, so larger businesses will likely want to avoid this company. That is, however, only if the website gets a lot of traffic or hosts higher end items.
If you’re looking to house your entry level up to mid level site, this is a nice company to consider. They have plenty of options as far as where to keep your physical servers and they have been in business since 2006 without many significant issues.
