NO TRUST ON LCN ANYMORE

Been with LCN for a good few years, so many up and down and but last 2 days my websites are not working, kept on calling many times, never answered, submit many online tickets, never answered. now I don't know what to do, even I don't have any access to my files.

Everyone should avoid LCN at all costs. They have no technical support available over weekends so if anything happens you are stuck. Their cloud servers experienced an outage on Friday night and no one even looked at it until Mond...Read Moreay. The promise of 99.99% uptime is a completely bold face lie as there isn't anyone there to even make sure this is possible. I cannot recommend people avoid them strongly enough, you'll be stuck with no server or websites for days! Honestly the worst hosting experience I have ever had and a sham of a company.Less

very bad customer service, after updating the card on my account, the system is not auto taking the payment. they have completely stopped all my websites...Read More.

When I called them, the technical team don't understand anything, keep on asking my domain name. which I don't have any domain with them.
Simply PLEASE AVOID WITH THEM

When I called and complained about this Tony from the customer service said going forward they will not any reminder to make the payment, they will suspend without any emails.

They attempt to take the payment on 6 May at 03:32 (Bank Monday), I forget to update the new card details. on 7 May at 14:33 my service all of then is suspended.Less
