This is what sets them apart from the competition. I feel like when it comes to hosting, it is all much of the same, except for how they treat their customers.
That being said, I'm so thankful I don't have to sit on the phone at GoDaddy on hold to someone who has no idea what they're doing, ever again. After moving away from GoDaddy, I have absolutely zero regrets, and I am incredibly happy I discovered Krystal and it's support team & platform. They really do provide an ultimate all-around frustration-free hosting experience. I am particularly fond of the live chat functionality & ticketing system as it fits in with the way I work, and allows me to concentrate on juggling multiple things at once. Nice work, Krystal. Never had an issue that wasn't solved, and fast. Very supportive staff and always willing to help.
