All of this no doubt ruining my Google and Bing rankings, as well as losing me business I can not afford to lose.
Mr. Blackler, get it working now, refund my £, pay me compensation, and give me a free month of working site please so I can move to someone else who knows what they are doing.
They have now moved me back to bestwebhosting but I continue to get issues with emails. Had to add forwarders for several active email addresses to ensure I get them.
This has all completely screwed up my day. LUCKILY I was around else krystal "support" would no doubt be patting themselves on their backs saying "what a great job we did again" "look it is working great" while my site, moved without my consent to a non working account, would be toast.
