1. Servers were taken by policy and hoster promised to fix situation and during a day didn't anything
2. Advertised as Tier3 and went to down for 3 days.

So on IPhoster i am only 1 week, but already got help from support. Very pollite and useful - speaks on my native language.
Now i can recommend them. If something change i will amend my review.

Use SSD-KVM-S for VPN and for my home test lab (additional IP was provided for 0.5USD, i don't need to use additional VPS and can reduce my charges.
