I've been an IonBlade customer for a couple years. The hosting has been so smooth that I've rarely had a need to contact them. Today I had some questions, not about their service, but about how best to upload new material to it. I use FileZilla but only at the most rudimentary level. I reached Eddie at IonBlade who taught me better ways to do things. He was skilled, empathic and most of all patient, as I'm one of those users that knows nothing about coding and very little about managing a website, even though I depend on it. Thank you, Eddie. IonBlade is a great service. I have a very large website but pages spool out lightning fast and it all just works. Check them out. You'll probably wind up as happy as I am.

Thanks to Josh and Max for a smooth transition from Godaddy to IonBlade. Josh listened to my story i feel on hard time from covid so I was going to suspended my site for a while, but Josh showed me a way to keep the site and the certificate for half the price. Max help me with the set up and migration. All went well I'm back in business and am recommending you guys to all my friends

Was with Host Gator for a long time and finally switched over as I was frustrated with their service. Pricing is better than what mine was (seemed to go up every year) and support is way better!

These guys helped me find a domain, build my website on Wordpress, and my website is Flying now!
