I've bounced around many hosting providers, trying to find the best value for the dollar without sacrificing support, features, etc. Hyper Expert are right in a sweet spot. Great price, clean UI, super fast servers, great features and support. Big fan, I've moved all of my hosted client websites over and haven't had an issue yet. Also like supporting PNW companies so that's a plus :)
Invoicing Error, Terrible Support, Refusal to Refund
This company made an error within their billing department and somehow changed my invoice date from 01/25/21 to 01/25/20. Due to this mistake, their system then automatically deleted my web hosting account due to an "overdue invoice," even though that was certainly not the case. Went 10 hours before I even received a response to my ticket regarding this. Lost at least a week's worth of data (weekly backup system) from all of this, and their department refused to take responsibility for this error. I at least wanted some form of a refund (Their TOS states that I can claim $50 for data loss), but this company has refused to help in any shape or form. Can't get that $50. Can''t even get the $20.33 I paid for hosting for this month, given that it was only used for like a week before they did all of this.
Did I mention that they quickly resorted to completely ignoring my support ticket that I had open while all of this was going on? They just keep changing the status from "Customer-Reply" to "Answered," even though they didn't respond to me.
These are crooks hiding behind a LLC. Avoid at all costs.

I am so sorry you feel this way. Our main objective is to make sure every customer has the best experience using Hyper Expert and we are always here to help if you have any issues. That said, your review has many discrepancies that must be addressed. You submitted your ticket at 11:39 and it was replied back to at 12:54, so you see, this is a lot less than 10 hours. We tried helping you with your software issues despite letting you know, multiple of times, that your service is self-managed, and it is outside of our capabilities to help you troubleshoot your website issues. Finally, and most importantly, despite never asking for a refund like you claim, we have offered you a 6 months free service or we can still issue a full refund if that's what you would like.
You see, Cameron, our goal is to make sure every customer is fully satisfied with our service and we work very hard to achieve that goal. We stopped responding back to your angry tickets after 2 days of trying to do our best explaining to you that your software issues are outside of our support capabilities and you are responsible for maintaining your own website. Also, lying in reviews is not nice!

Hyper Expert has provided me the best service out of any other competitors. They have affordable VPS plans with leading technology and always upgrade (such as the New York location and NVMe). Best support.
I use Hyper Expert to hold my many web services and database projects, many of which are running in production. I have been able to leave my machine alone for up to half a year before I had any issues. I may have had the occasional low network speed (they provide gigabit and I was getting only 200mbps), it was not a big deal. I had it fixed the same day and they helped reroute my traffic in the mean time. Fixed in less than 4 hours. The owner is extremely friendly and communicative, you can talk with him and he would sympathize with your needs and recommend a solution. 10/10 - Migrating from my previous hosting provider to Hyper Expert has been the best thing in the world for me.
The customer service at Hyper Expert are really nice and they respond really quickly. The prices of the VPS are really affordable which is good if you have a low budget.
I've been running a mid-range dedicated server for a while now and I'm extremely happy with the results. I'm able to run multiple gameservers, websites and even a private VPN. Support is excellent and they have their own discord server.
