Incredibly unprofessional, do not understand what is serious business.
We hired a VPS at Hostslim and but in 3 years they managed to get our IP on the spamhaus blocklist, the hotmail blocklist and the gmail blocklist. After they got it removed, the same problem occured again within 2-3 weeks. They also had a migration, this caused my mail to be down for nearly 10 weeks in 2018.
In other words, these guys don't understand their customers have work to do, they don't understand that no company in the world can survive these serious hickups and so much time you cannot do your work.
After being down by migration for 8 weeks they delivered a new ip, which was at the spamhaus blocklist, they just keep on making such seriously damaging mistakes for your company, and keep on treating the serious problems they cause their customers as a bunch of guys in their puberty whom do not understand the importance of delivering a professional product.
Seriously, these guys will never ever learn, as they just don't have a professional approach to their work.
We have serious problems with our business due to them. Cannot recommend you to do business with guys whom do not take their work and customers seriously.
The main problem is the company owner, as time after time he doesn't fix the problems they have, and keeps on treating his customers business as if it is of no importance to him.
This hosting provider has the worst support I have ever experienced.
Unfortunately, I have to say that this hosting provider has the worst support I have ever experienced. I rented a Dedicated Server with them, which has a SSD installed by the controller does not recocnize it correctly. (read & write speed from an HDD)
A whole week I wrote myself with the support, I was always put off, did not get an answer, had to ask again, and again and so on ...
It's really a cheek, annoying your customers with false & incorrect information on your website.
Customer for many many years, hosting many many website from big till small companies. If there is an issue (what hardly happens) it will be fixed right away. Support has the knowledge and the knowhow to fix things and help you out with different issues if you're stuck on something. My advices would be, to give them a chance and be amazed by the service and expertise of HostSlim
