i buy a vps 10 days ago after made my payments They are taking 2 days for activated my vps
10 days running good then my networks was suspends no email no reason , i make to ticket not yet solved this issue
oh one another thing i buy 60gb storage they are give 20gb storage its was mistake there are tell me but still not yet fixed it

After 2 days my tickets was deleted for no reason or some answer.
After 2 days think to give my services that I paid it but my vps was online 2 hours only and now is offline, the cpanel not working even if I want to start or stop or reboot my vps not working from client area.

i bought vps server for my movie site four month but after at fourth austin as senior admin asked me to move server to new one.than he asks me to backup the site and i have done.next week after notice he terminate than just give me new vps.they don';t effort to migrate my server into new server but just terminate and give a new server which i have to configure all setting and website my self
