I ordered a VPS on March 11th. Till now (March 16th), I did not get my VPS activated. Obviously it means that all this time I'm paying for an inexistant service. I even tried submitting a ticket and no answer. I've never had such a bad experience with a hosting service. A VPS is usually delivered "at most" within 3 days and the least they can do is answer their clients. Their prices are affordable but there is no point in a cheap service if you don't even get your product. Not to mention that these guys probably don't know what "support" means as they don't answer tickets.
With this said, I'm cancelling my order. Even if they are willing to answer my ticket after seeing this, I definitely don't need a service without a decent support. The day I experience a technical issue, I'm not willing to wait 2 weeks to get it fixed. And I'm not even expecting a refund.
Update: week 3 and still nothing. I am providing proofs to make sure no one else falls for these scammers. I am honestly wondering about the authenticity of the 5 stars reviews below especially that some are recent...
Hello guys, This person is ordered a WHM using fake domain and try to do phishing and malware. We blocked his WHM and ask him to change the name server and we will unblock that WHM but he just blaming us as scammer, where is he was trying to do cybercrime and we do not allow that. Never think of buying from this company, it is a scam service, it is the worst thing you can imagine and support is a disaster.
I bought a server that spent all the time without working and they answer me when they want, they last less than a week with the server and they ask me to recognize it. It's useless.
I recommend that you DO NOT buy from these people, their servers also buy it at https://skb-enterprise.com/ from here they buy and sell through the portal the same much more expensive server.
They also sell you a dedicated when it's really nothing more than a VPS.
