HostsBook is a really good web hosting platform. It has a variety of services. That can be rendered at an affordable range of prices. I have used a good number of hosting platforms in the past, but HostsBook is top of the list.

Thank you for your valuable comment. As you told you ordered a KVM VPS which is an offshore VPS and DMCA ignored. We do not provide a VM control panel with Offshore VPS But we provide full root access as well. And you can definitely reinstall OS by creating a ticket or live chat support.
About the delay in your delivery, you didn't verify your account and not replied our per-delivery email which is mandatory.
We have 24/7 live chat and all of your issues will be fixed but that is not enough for you, and you treating us to give us a bad review and you did because we didn't allow you to abuse our VPS.
