I am using them for last 2 years. Good support team to help you. There was couple of times I faced the issue with IP block due to which I was not able to access my website. I thought the server was down LOL .. But they are clam and ready to explain you why the issue has been occurred . I will suggest you to give them a try .

I was wondering to see the cheap price and buy a shared hosting with them. First two days was okay but suddenly the server get down! In last 30 days most of the time servers are down and support staffs are missing! All the reviews are fake here! Don't trust them. I am moving to other providers.

These guys really know how to instill confidence through superb customer service. The support tickets are answered surprisingly quickly, and in my experience, always competently, going far beyond expectation. I need to know that my Hosting provider can react quickly in an emergency situation, such as when my database crashed recently. I logged a support ticket and immediately checked the website and realized it was back up. Thinking it was just a blip, I went to close the support ticket, only to notice a ticket update telling me that they had fixed the issue, and that was within three minutes! I have no hesitation in recommending hostripples, and this comes from a very satisfied customer. Keep up the good work chaps, don't make the mistake of resting on your laurels, your reputation is worth far more than money.
