Hostmycode Hosting service which suspends your website without even informing you telephonically or on mail. On top of it they don't have backup and lose the entire website . They dont have system of calling the client and inform if the Hosting period is over . They just remove the website with no backup. Lost 1 lac worth of website . Beware of such fraudsters . Nobody comes on call to listen to you . They just keep raising tickets with no resolution
You forgot about your website and came back to us 2 months later to abuse our customer support.
Were you sleeping when your website was down for 2 months?
We did keep the backup of your website for 45 days. However, you never approached us in that period.
The email reminders to you were bounced due to issues with your email account. We are not at fault there. However, sms reminders were sent to the number in your profile.
It is not possible for us at the moment to personally inform every customer over the phone.
Calling someone fraudster without any genuine reason shows that you have no moral values. What fraud was done to you? We cannot keep hosting websites for months without payments. We have huge operating expenses as well.
Mr. Munish, you are also forgetting that we did manage to recover the old version of your website by lot of efforts and with no cost. Due to the same reason you atleast have a website now.
No communication on sms or email was sent. Email became inactive because of hosting suspended . There was an alternate email ID which was not used . Last resort could be calling on my mobile. it doesn't take too.much effort to call before pulling out the website or deleting backup. Nowhere in the world hosting provider removes critical backup without intimation. Come into the shoes of the person who has lot 1 lac worth of website plus 2 months of development.
We heavily rely on automation. It is not possible for us to call every customer personally.
Moreover, At the vert first we had managed to recover a lot of your data, but still you didn't pay attention and renew the hosting for many days, so your account was again terminated automatically.
Then you again came bothering our support, to restore the account again.
In this process, a lot of your data was already lost.
If your data was so critical, you would have never forgot to renew it even when your website was down for so long.
You should be thankful to us that you still have a website which we managed to retrieve it for free.
When your work was done, you came to here to give us a negative review and call us fraudsters.
