I am using their windows shared hosting services from the last 5 years and its really nice services. I am using all the official mails are hosted on this shared hosting and its really 100% uptime. i contacted the support team only 2 times and they solved it with in couple of minutes. so i highly recommends to all to use their services and supports. Prices are also too cheap. i need some customization on my account. its not possible on shared servers. so i am planning to upgrade my account to a vps or dedicated server on next month.

I bought one 8 GB RAM VPS with Cpanel for Rs. 2000/m and its fully unmanaged server. i manually migrated all my 89 websites to this vps/server. Now its working like a rocket and all the websites have enough visitors also. This server is completely unmanaged one. But still if we need any help just send one ticket. The only difference i found with managed and unmanaged services are managed services are fast support and you will get the resolution with in the couple of minutes to an hour. But in unmanaged plan support case it will take more than 6 hours. Thats the only difference i found with them.
