I think that Hosting SSI is a provider with a lot of clarity, 4 months ago I retracted a service with them because of one of my clients; after a couple of hours they managed the refund, which in other providers is something tedious. I also have to mention that their service is quite solid, I have presented few falls in 2 years working with them and they always solve them.
