Yaklaşık 1.5 yıldır kullanıyorum. Kendim dışımda 4-5 arkadaşımı daha yönlendirdim. onlarda memnun bende memnunum. Gerçekten işlerini çok iyi yapıyorlar.
Yaklaşık 40 adet sanal sunucum var. Oldukça sağlam bir altyapıları var. Sunucular çok hızlı, fiyatlandırma politikaları çok uygun, bu fiyata bu hizmeti vermeleri gerçekten çok iyi. Destek ihtiyacım olmuyor, ancak talep açtığım zamanda kısa sürede cevap veriyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
Dün akşam üzeri vps hizmeti banka kartım ile satın aldım. Fakat hesabımdan ödeme çekildi anda hesabım banlandı. Kendilerine hiçbir yerden ulaşamıyorum bile. Ticket atmak için hesap gerekli fakat benim hesabımı banladılar :)
Ayrıca ne fatura oluşturulmuş ne birşey yapılmış kartımdan ödeme çekildikten sonra gelen mail.

Sorunumun benim aldığım host hizmetinden kaynaklanmadığını, 10 GB SSD alanımın sadece 3mb lik kısmını kullandığımı gördüm. Gece 22:00 da oturup kod yazacaktım ki disk dolu hatası almaya başladım. Sistemde destek bölümünde "acil sorunumu çözün" diye Ticket oluşturdum. Web scarping işi yaptığım için yarın müşterime demo yapmam gerekiyordu ve hostigger'in sunucu hatasından dolayı çalışamadım. İlk destek mesajından sonra "bir tarafına takan yok mu benim sorunum çözülmedi" şeklinde Ticket oluşturdum. Ardından "sorun çözüldü ama sizinle çalışamayacağız" diye mesaj göndermişler. Kendi hataları yüzünden, kendilerinin yapmadığı/ eksik yaptığı işler yüzünden ben işimden oldum. Bir de üstüne emir cümlesi kullandım diye benimle çalışamayacaklarmış. Fiyat ve reklamlarına bakarak VPS veya VDS aldıysanız yandınız . Kesinlikle müşteri memnuniyeti diye bir kavramlarları yok . Kafalarına göre bütün erişimi durdurup sizi mağdur edebiliyorlar. Bir veya iki sunucudan bahsetmiyorum , tam 20 adet vps alıp bu sorunlardan dolayı cinnet geçirdikten sonra bir daha ASLA AMA ASLA HOSTIGGER la iş yapılmayacağını kanaat getirdim . Firma amerika merkezli gözüküyor ama işin aslı merdiven altı hosting hizmeti . Firmanın vermiş olduğu telefonları açan kimse yok . 0 kartondan bir firma. Türkiyede yasal kaydı bile yok . Araştırınca karşımıza çıkmaz sokaklar ve şahıs isimleri çıktı.
