I wish i had read those reviews before i made the order..
I paid 2 days ago(using coinpayments) for a vps.
After payment my invoice show as unpaid on my customer panel.Had 2 tickets open that are waiting but no luck yet.
I just hope it is not a scam and they just move slow..
Will reply in a few days if something change..but for now all i can say is avoid them!
I ordered for a hosting package and its been two days now, no response to my tickets and emails!. I was told you guys activate accounts within hours or a day, now it up to 2days and no response from the support team, this is bad service!
I just ordered a VPS from these guys and it seem that was a mistake. After 5 hours my order is still pending while my Bitcoin transaction shows 6+ confirmations.
How and when will my server be provisioned?

Hi, is anybody know how to cancel ordered service on hostgai? I have ordered hosting service from hostgai but it's not active and still pending and i can’t find where to cancel this fake service the recurring payment still charge me month to month automatically.
They are rippers.
They are not responding tickets.
They are not responding emails.
On call they said it can be done soon.
First they took 5 days to confirm payment.
After it untill now they have not activated the service

These indians are a bunch of scammers! I ordered services from them but did not receive a refund when I asked for cancellation within 6 hours! Be safe, and stay away from them!
EDIT: Got the refund later but had to ask for it multiple times. They do not replied on a single support ticket.

Well, you guys are a pro but you forgot to edit one thing. The first screenshot you provided has the date of 8th January but the request for refund was posted on 9th! Here are the original screenshots.. WITHOUT EVEN A REPLY THE TICKETS WERE MARKED 'CLOSED'.. you guys are rude, pathetic and non-professional!
