The company really does a good job at supporting their customers, while still keeping their prices at around industry averages. From what I have found, most of their current and former clients have very little bad to say about them.
You will get a 99.9% uptime guarantee with all their hosting services. This is fairly normal for shared hosting companies these days, but it is nice to see. In addition, they have a guarantee that any tickets you open will be responded to within one hour. This means if you do have any downtime, it won’t likely last very long at all.
I saw very few complaints on social media or other sites regarding reliability or even slow load times, which is very important when choosing a shared hosting company.

HostATree offers really good quality support, but they don’t have a technical support phone number. You can use their live chat, ticketing system or even email them 24/7/365 though. They also have a one hour response time guarantee, so you know you’ll get help right when you need it.
They have a well organized knowledge base available too, so if you like to learn more about hosting or try to figure things out on your own, you’ll have plenty to read about and learn on this page.
The base prices for each package are right in line with industry averages. One nice thing about this company is that they don’t try to nickle and dime you with all sorts of little extras that cost more and raise your price. Almost everything you could ever want is included in their packages. A few things, like added dedicated IPs will cost more, but that is to be expected.
Since HostATree only offers shared hosting, you won’t be interested in them if you are looking to host a major site. If you’re just starting out, or you know that your site is not going to grow beyond the scope of shared hosting, however, you may be very happy with this company.
