Tried them for almost a ayear, my pc broke and had to send off to dell. Meanwhile my renewel didnt go through and they deleted my account. Thats fine, however kept getting emails saying to pay, pay, pay and with a fee.
Once i payed, no info was given. Took 3 weeks to get it set up. So i paid for no reason, told them to downgrade it and start a new payment date. One week later already asking for another payment! Wont refund anything, wont listen to customers. Ince they reply once, they never view it again, and ticket gets closed!
