Reading all those positive reviews here and planning to buy hosting from host4geeks? Dont fall prey by reading all fake reviews here! Here is the honest review of them. There is no support at all, they don’t respond to tickets for 24 hrs. There team is so unprofessional specially this guy tushar, who made him a technical support guy? You ask him one question he gives some random answer. My business went down because my whmcs started showing expired and when contacted them to check why the license is not working, they sent the ticket to billing team who is never active. This happened for 2 times in 4 months and My business stopped completely for 24 hrs both times! And the worst part is that there is no data privacy! They keep peeping into you business data and whmcs data! I mailed regarding the same to their ceo 1 year back that you team is constantly trying to login to my cPanel and I am not comfortable as it contains my business confidential data but he dint reply. Host4geeks team is full of fools who don’t know how to take care of their customers nor they care about your service which you buy from them. Do not fall prey for this fake reviews saying ashish bla bla helped me.. ashish asked his friend to write fake review. They are a big time frauds - JUST AVOID

Signed up for a reseller account and ramped up to 50 accounts and the server was slow, there was no way to move my customers to another service as the restrict reseller accounts, they also ask for you to subscribe through paypal then send an invoice so you pay twice, when you dispute they say they sold you additional services and boom, no refund - steer clear of them or any of Global managed hosting services.

They will take your money multiple times and suspend your account. They have been double charging me for months and I have tried to resolve the problem for months. This month I got 3 charges and when disputing 1 of them with PayPal they immediately suspended my sites. They refuse to speak with me or answer any requests. They still have 2 payments for this month plus the many months of double payments I have been trying to resolve and they suspended me within 10 minutes of my payment dispute. Yet months of emails without them answering or trying to resolve. Stay away they over charge you and they will rip you off!

Be aware of this hosting I paid for a dedicated server I was promised that it will be ready in 7-8 working days it took them 16 Days to get it ready then I routed my IPv6 subnet to the server every time I ask them about it they say we will update you soon within 24 hours and it's been more than 3 days I was contacting them through live chat and now they disabled the chat for me DONT DEAL WITH INDIA HOSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ashish saved the day once again. We had an issue with mysql. Ashish spotted it and rectified it. Highly recommended. The guys are quick to respond with any issues encountered. Keep up the Great work

Tried them for almost a ayear, my pc broke and had to send off to dell. Meanwhile my renewel didnt go through and they deleted my account. Thats fine, however kept getting emails saying to pay, pay, pay and with a fee. Once i payed, no info was given. Took 3 weeks to get it set up. So i paid for no reason, told them to downgrade it and start a new payment date. One week later already asking for another payment! Wont refund anything, wont listen to customers. Ince they reply once, they never view it again, and ticket gets closed! Garbage service!
