Quality hosting that is reliable

While I could not find any type of uptime guarantee or SLA, it does seem like they are able to give good service.  On their Facebook and other sources I was not able to find people complaining about down time or even slow load times, which I may have expected given the price of some of their shared packages.

The specs on their data center are quite impressive, and they seem to use high quality hardware, both of which will contribute to a more stable hosting environment.

Features

Plenty of great features available

You’ll have plenty of great features when you sign up with this company.  with their dedicated servers you will have high quality hardware, unlimited bandwidth, RAID 1 configuration (this is optional on some packages) and great proactive monitoring so that you don’t experience downtime.  There is no setup fee for their dedicated servers, which is very nice.  All their servers also have a 100 megabit port connection.

For the shared hosting you will have quite a few options, some of them quite inexpensive.  They all include over 300 one click install scripts.  The disk space starts at 1 gig and goes up, and the bandwidth starts at 20 gigs and goes up.  You’ll also have cPanel on all the shared packages.  The highest end shared option gets a free .uk domain.

Support

Good support teams avaialble

When you experience any type of technical problems you will want to fill out a support ticket to get it addressed.  They typically response to these tickets very quickly, and are staffed 24/7/365.  They don’t, however, have any phone support or even live chat options to use, which many people will find disappointing.

Their knowledge base is filled with helpful resources if you want to learn more about hosting or attempt to fix issues on your own.

Pricing

Wide range of pricing with great deals

Many of the hosting packages that they offer are priced similarly to what you will find with other companies.  For certain options, however, you’ll get a really great deal.  For example, with the shared hosting services you can choose the lowest level at just 9.99 Euros per year, and the next step up is only 1.99 Euros per month.

Looking at the dedicated servers you will be able to get an entry level server for just 30 Euros per month.  Even the most expensive one is only 139.99.  As you can see, the prices are quite competitive and can be very attractive to those who need quality, but are on a budget.

If you’re looking for a hosting company that is based in the UK, this is a great option.  They have packages that will meet most anyone’s needs, especially small to medium sized sites.  They have been in business for quite a while and from what I can tell they have a very strong reputation.
