Me too has been ripped by them. I have asked them for refund several times. They never respond. I wanted to change my domain provider and asked them for EPP code. They gave me login details that did not have the EPP code. They never respond to my several emails chaser for the EPP code. And you are right about them drawing on their leisure!
Hostgeek has helped themselves to multiple debits from our credit card when there should have only been one annual automatic renewal payment. Basically they have ripped us off nearly 10k and will not respond back to us. This is disgraceful and disgusting behavior for an Australian company.
The treble dipped into our company credit card to the tune of nearly $10,000 when there should have only been one annual payment of around $3,500 for a VPS server renewal. Hostgeek have not refunded a single dollar. I can't get them to contact me so it is being escalated to our legal team. I am disgusted by this behavior.
Too many issues with this hosting company, I spent hundreds of dollars to get hosting with them only to have to cancel after a few months. I'm trying to get a refund but it's hard to get in touch with them.
