Host Duplex has been my go-to for the last decade and I'm not switching anytime soon. They are so good at what they do and I love that I don't have to worry about anything when it comes to them. The servers are fast, the support is excellent, it's a total win-win for me.
I experiment a lot with my portfolio, making sure I attract customers by offering a different experience for those who visit my website. Experiences are directly affected by speed and quality of the host. Many hosts out there will offer you unlimited resources, but they fail to offer you stability and support. There’s a reason you can’t find an unlimited plan because it’s IMPOSSIBLE. If there were truly unlimited plans then Facebook would host their site on a $10/month unlimited plan. Don’t go the unlimited route, go the HD route. I know from first hand experience that Host Duplex will show up for you when you need them, couldn’t ask for more.

Magento is not a walk in the park and this was the first time we had a migration go smoothly. We answered a series of questions and they took care of the rest. Very professional staff. It’s incredible how much time I used to spend talking with support agents anytime I tried to edit anything on my account. Now I can focus on making my website look amazing. I don’t have to ask for access or delete stuff when making changes. I talked with the owner when I first purchased a plan but I’ve barely contacted the support agents so I don’t have much to say on that end.
I'm so happy that I found Host Duplex. I have no technical knowledge at all in hosting services, but their support staff was so great at explaining everything. They use cPanel which is comforting to me. I had an issue with our Mac Mail today however they quickly resolved it as I was locked out because I changed my account password and my mail app on my Mac kept logging in with the old password and blocked me. One call and they fixed it right away. Love them.
Did I go to the Ritz Carlton? No, but they should start their own hotel. The Host Duplex staff is like a concierge. They took care of everything for us. 1. Our servers run great. 2. Setup and migration was a breeze. 3. They even helped us out with issues we’re having unrelated to our account with them. 4. Worth every penny 5. Call them, you can talk to an ACTUAL PERSON.

I run a relatively complex site with a lot of “moving parts” (multi-vendor e-commerce, community forum, separate WordPress installation, and a lot of bandwidth needs), and have been using Host Duplex for the better part of a decade. Tried multiple other hosts prior to Host Duplex; can’t imagine EVER using a different web host ever again. The reliability of the service itself is great, but the personal attention (if/when a rare issue does arise) is amazing. Can’t say enough good things about Sam & the team at HD. Best of the best.
