Pricing and Payment Methods
Scalability and flexibility is the name of the game here, and the provider tries to make sure you don’t pay for more services than you actually use. Heficed has simplified its plans and pricing and now offers two options; the first being Kronos Cloud, a fully customizable choice that scales with use, and the second, Proto Compute, is a series of pre-built packages.
For those choosing the bare minimum specs in the Kronos Cloud, you can expect prices starting from just $5 per month for Linux users and $20 per month for Windows. Prices will vary depending on which country your data is hosted in, how much processing power and storage you choose, and how many backups you’d like. IP addresses are an additional charge and are purchased on an as-needed basis.
Final costs come from the service level agreement you choose. The standard SLA is free, but you’ll pay between 10% and 20% of the total contract cost for the advanced package and above, so make sure this is in your budget.
For those choosing Proto Compute, you’ll find nine pre-built packages ranging between $79 and $169 per month. These are a great option for those who need to get set up quickly.
Multiple payment types are accepted, including PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.
Ease of Use

Você vai ter dor de cabeça todo mês. Se não for problema com pagamento é com seu servidor caindo. E eles tem o pior atendimento de todos, imagine uma empresa com atendimento ruim, agora multiplique por 800, imaginou? É a heficed.
Uso a quase 2 anos, e não recomendo mais! Estou partindo para godaddy
- Falta de clareza com relação a cobrança, fala que vai cobrar x valor e quando você vai ver no cartão, cobrou bem mais que o informado no site. - Queda constante do serviço, tenho um VPS em São Paulo - Suporte está cada vez pior, estão demorando muito para responder, o último chamado demoraram mais de 16hs para responder e isso tudo com meu site fora do ar.
Estou migrando para godaddy, tenho outro VPS mais simples lá a mais de 4 anos e nunca tive problemas. Infelizmente vou alocar tudo na godaddy por enquanto.
Serviço bom, mas o portal e a cobrança são simplesmente péssimos
O serviço é bom, não cai muito. Mas a parte de cobrança é péssima. É comum ser cobrado duas vezes e ter que deixar esse valor como crédito. Os valores nunca batem. Falam que vão me cobrar R$ 437,00 dai vem um valor totalmente diferente, na última vez veio R$ 461,00. A cobrança sempre foi manual, do nada ligaram uma cobrança automática e apareceu no meu cartão aquele valor que nunca vi na vida, de uma empresa que nunca vi na vida (Contratei o host1plus e na cobrança veio heficed), e um lançamento que eu não havia autorizado. O cartão bloqueou, agora eles querem me cobrar o dobro por isso. Bloquearam a VM sem avisar nada e só liberam se eu pagar duplicado. Não dá pra confiar.
Não tenho do que reclamar do suporte ou de qualquer area que eu precisei contactar. Sempre me trataram com todo respeito até quando fizeram "merda" no meu servidor e me ajudaram a resolver. Estou a mais de um ano com eles e nao penso em trocar de servidor.
a Vps que eles oferecem é muito limitada no que tange o uso de cpu, eu uso um script que no inicio usa sim 100% do processador mas é somente na instalação (qual script na hora de instalar não usa 100% da cpu?) mas depois o uso da cpu não atinge 100% e se isso ocorrer é por segundos e não prejudica, mas a host1plus sempre esta limitando frequentemente a cpu, eles cortam mesmo o recurso mesmo você não exagerando, eu uso também a OVH e lá nunca tive problema, estava procurando uma alternativa pois não é bom centralizar todo o seu trabalho num unico datacenter, mas a Host1Plus esta me decepcionando no quesito limite de cpu, não é questão de uso excessivo, se eles vão fornecer um serviço desses, eles tem que ter em vista que quase tudo hoje em dia usa uma boa parte da Cpu, o sistema reinicia, 100% de cpu, instalação de scripts e programas, 100% de cpu, tudo usa cpu, se você vai usar o vps para scripts que usem 50% da cpu ou mais, evitem ao máximo host1plus, não façam que nem eu que teve um vps suspenso sem aviso previo e perdi muitos clientes, prejuízo na certa.
Adicionei fundos referentes a 6 meses da VPS, mas por algum motivo o valor entrou em duplicidade em meu cartão. Solicitei o estorno do valor em duplicidade, e, segundo o atendente Álvaro jamais a Host1Plus estorna qualquer dinheiro, pois adicionar fundos, segundo ele, não é considerado um serviço; mesmo sendo, pois é algo intrínseco do sistema. Assim que meus fundos debitarem estarei migrando para outra empresa. Desrespeito total com o cliente, desnecessário.
Credibilidade e são claros, suporte na maioria me ajudou muito, outra vez para solucionar um problema: eu queria comprar um servidor BR eles me sugeriram reembolso para mim recontratar oque eu quisesse outra vez e eu nem tinha pensando nisso, sinal que eles visam lucro mas dando valor ao seu dinheiro e interesse que você volte a fazer negocio sabendo que eles não são gananciosos a ponto de segurar sua grana...
