All customers get a 99.9% uptime guarantee and from what I have been able to find, most people won’t ever need to use it. HDWebProvider has very reliable services. If you want even more stable hosting, you can choose their cloud servers, which are well known for their redundant services and ability to stay up for long periods of time.
All of the hosting packages come with unlimited disk space, bandwidth and email accounts. You’ll also get everything you need to have a well run site from the very beginning. If you need some more advanced services, you may need to upgrade. For example, if you want to add on a dedicated IP you have to go up to their business plan.
They have one click install scripts for things like WordPress and Joomla, and they also offer e-commerce platforms at all levels. Overall, they have all the great services you would want available, you just need to take the time to make sure you have the right package.
While it isn’t often that you will need their support, they are there for you when you do. They have phone, email, ticketing and live chat support available. They also closely monitor their social network accounts and can provide back answers to questions you might have.
They do have a nice knowledge base and a really nice set of video tutorials that will help you through the process of learning how to better run your site.
