i am quite happy with their team, i had to migrate my 3 servers and needed a cluster setup and bigbluebutton setup. They provided me cheap price and support team did a wonderful job Sandeep and Sanjay in particular!
All the positive reviews here are fake and posted by the company and their staffs themselves. This company is so poor in their services. Their customer support is non-existent. Customer support agent (or might be the owner himself) when reached, threatens customers and tries to blame the customer for server downtimes. Will never recommend this hosting provider to anyone!
We found the quality hosting services here. The 24 * 7 dedicated technical support is up to the mark. I barely experience server downtime. Thanks Hapih Host..
Hapihhost is new they started in Nov 2017 and they are good in customer service and as well as Service Quality. I am using hapihhost since from july and they best and they response is outstanding and they solve every problem i get.one thing should i tell cheapest hosting prices ever so i recommend hapihhost is best.
So I have been using Hapih Host for quite some time now. I have been fully satisfied. When I am not hosting on AWS, I prefer Haip for the simple reason of their service and servers are so amazing. I barely experience any down time. Prices are obviously very modest but despite being a shared hosting, TFFB is not very high.
One of the best Dedicated Hosting company, they worked hard 24 / 7 to resolve customers issues. You cant find better than this in terms of Server speed , Dedicated Support, Prices or whatever.
Dear friend i am using their service for a very long period , server down is very normal issues even big giants comapny faces this problem this dosent means they are fraud . have trust with the company they work 24/ 7 to resolve the customer problems.
They are making fool to show there cheap hosting price. Without any information servers are down for 4 days we are facing so may issues with our clients but they didn't even have curtsy to reply any mail or call. Worst ever service highly not recommend.
Don't take it. Very poor service. We are facing issues from past 48 hours and these guys are just making wrong commitments and making fool to customers. Now even they can't reply to tickets, chat and emails. I am trying to call on their number but no one attended the call. Really frustrating experience.
Only 48hrs. Because of this bunch of "Psychiatric duffer I already got a loss of 50+ lakhs. They don't even have data backup. I lost my data, my dovelopments are on hold from past 5 days. And still these shameless people's don't even have curtecy to inform or call. I called + e-mailed for refund but there is no response. Now we are planning to take immediate strict legal action on Cheater Vivek Kosalia and Fraud Pankaj Khandelwal.
I had taken hosting services from hapihhost.in from so called Harvil Media Group. From past four days their server is not working properly. And from past 32hrs it is completely down. Numbers mentioned on their website never answers the call. Pathetic and hopeless company never ever go for it.
Never Trust them. I purchased a Reseller Account and there server is down from past 30 hrs and there incompetent team is not able to fix anything. They have started ignoring tickets, not answering any calls and doing nothing, and if by chance they'll pick up your call, they'll start misbehaving. Not recommended at all. Same with me. They can't handle it. Their all commitment are false. I want to relocate my server to other company. But they are not updating nameserver. Means I can't update my nameserver in my panel. Their panel is dummy,you can see name server change but can't change. Have privacy option but can't enable disable privacy by your self. I told them for ligal action they said go ahead. This is their behavior. I just wanted my website back but I don't think so they can't do anything.i mailed them atleast change my nameserver so my website should live. I have one more server where my website was hosted and wanted to host my all data with them. And I did see my 125 websites is not running. I asked them to point in my old server but no response. Their CEO know everything but he did not bother anything. All positive reviews are fake. See I connected with them 1 month before and no single day when I can say I am relax.
