Support ticket is recommended because their average response time is always less than 12 hours. Actually, the fact is, 12 hours was something I waited for the longest to get respond out of my dozens of tickets. Fastest? It's just 5 minutes! I bet many hosting providers like Namecheap would take more than 5 minutes to respond to live chat support but they do it with ticket!

Full Time Hosting is an excellent VPS provider. Currently hosting one Minecraft server on one of their VDS and the performance is outstanding.
I bought a Anti DDoS Game server but the speed was so slow that a minecraft server was not possible also they insulted me when i reported this failure
