The data center this company operates out of is very modern and has redundant network connections and power supplies. In addition, they use good quality hardware (mostly from Dell) that is configured using RAID in many cases to avoid downtime due to hardware failure. The uptime guarantees depend on what service you sign up for. The dedicated servers, for example, come with a 99.99% network uptime guarantee and a 99.95% server uptime guarantee. These guarantees are above average and are a good indication that the stability of the hosting is very good.

Plenty of Hosting Features
The hosting with this company comes with all the standard features you would expect from a hosting provider, but also some nice extras. Their shared hosting solutions are broken down into a couple different categories including student and business options. They do have limits on things like disk space and bandwidth, but it is mostly reasonable. The lowest level option has 1 gig of disk space, which isn’t bad, but they also limit the bandwidth to one gig, which is really low. If you move up to larger shared hosting packages you can get up to 10 gigs of bandwidth for 2 gigs of space.
The VPS solutions all have very high limits (25+ gigs of disk space) so that is nice. They also limit the bandwidth based on speed rather than total monthly throughput, which is odd. You are limited to 1 Mbps on their VPS servers. This should be more than enough. Memory ranges from a half a gig up to 1.5 gigs, which is about standard for normal VPS’s.
If you really need a larger and more powerful server, the dedicated servers are the ideal choice. They have several packages that will get the job done for you properly. They use RAID configurations for the hard drives, which can dramatically reduce the risk of downtime due to drive failure. They also have unlimited data transfer, 2 dedicated IP addresses, a software firewall and more.

Nice Pricing with Some Concerns
The pricing with this company is very reasonable throughout most of what they do. The shared hosting starts very low, especially if you can pay annually rather than monthly. As you move up, the prices remain either at or below the industry average so price shouldn’t be a concern to most people. The one thing I didn’t like is that they have a setup fee for their dedicated servers. It does take time and effort to set up servers, but the industry is moving toward it being a standard thing that is free, so hopefully this company will catch up to that soon.
