This company doesn't market any type of uptime guarantees or SLAs, but they still seem to offer very reliable hosting.  From their social media and other sites, very few people seem to be complaining about any type of downtime.  Even site slowness is not mentioned very often, which is surprising for an exclusively shared hosting company.

Features

All the basics plus a few nice extras

No matter which of their shared hosting services you sign up for, you will be getting all the basic services that you need to have a well run site.  The first two options are limited on how much disk space and bandwidth you can use, but the top two are unlimited for bandwidth.

All of the options come with free one-click script instillation of over 300 different scripts, including things like WordPress and Joomla.  They also operate on Linux operating system, which is basically the industry standard for shared hosting today.

The features do get noticeably better as you move up from their starter package all the way to their eCommerce options.  Things like the number of emails, MySQL databases and sites able to be hosted all go up to ensure you have what you need.

Support

Good technical support through online platform only

This company doesn't offer any type of phone or live chat support to their customers, which is unfortunate. They do have a nice ticketing system, which seems to get good response times for their customers.  They also have a page where they post about any current issues such as server problems or DDOS attacks, so you can get a good idea of what is going on in the event that you do go down.

You can also use their knowledge base and other self-help services to learn more about hosting and how to keep your site up and running as much as possible.

Pricing

Fair pricing that is slightly lower than industry averages

The pricing with this company is quite competitive.  If you are willing to pay for one or two years at a time, you will get a significant discount on their already lower than average prices.  Included in your price is a free domain name, and all the normal services that you can expect from any hosting company.

Very nice entry level hosting for UK customers

If you are looking for a UK based company to handle your hosting, and you don't need high end services, EvoHosting is an excellent option. They have a strong reputation and have been helping their customers for years with very few complaints.  You really get more than you pay for with this company.
