Overall, they do have a nice variety of hosting options to help meet the needs of all of their customers.
They offer a 100% uptime guarantee with their hosting, which is obviously quite impressive. If you find that your site went down due to network connections or hardware issues, you can request a refund for a set amount of time. All their hosting packages use good quality hardware to help minimize the risk of any hardware failures. In addition, you always get a solid state drive for storage, which will further help ensure your site is always up and running.
While their name would imply that they are just a VPS hosting provider, they actually have a variety of other services available. You can get shared hosting, which comes in two levels. The first one allows 5 gigs of disk space and the second is 10. Both of these are on solid state drives, which will help your site run fast and reliably. You’ll also get either 250 or 500 gigs of bandwidth depending on the package you choose.

You can move up from there all the way to the “XL” plan that offers 16 gigs of RAM, 8 CPU cores, 250 gigs of SSD space and 4TB of bandwidth.
Finally, for the dedicated servers you can choose from multiple options. They all have Intel processors and 10 TB of bandwidth. The memory ranges from 8 to 96 gigs of RAM. They also all have solid state drives for all your storage. Overall, there is a nice selection that will let you have exactly what you need.
The support teams with this company are quite friendly and easy to work with. They are staffed 24/7 so you can always get what you need, when you need it. There isn’t very much on their website in terms of self-help information or education, which is a little disappointing. Overall, however, you shouldn’t run into any trouble working with their tech support teams.
The price points are all quite reasonable for what you are getting. One negative thing about the pricing with this company is that all the shared hosting packages must be paid for annually. While they list the prices monthly, you have to pay a year at a time, which some people may find difficult. Once you move up to VPS or dedicated servers, you can begin paying monthly, though there is still a discount for annual payments.
The website is easy to navigate and find what you need. They do have a couple menu items that are confusing since they list both products and services separately. Beyond that, however, you will be able to locate what you need without any trouble. If you have to reach out to their sales or technical staff you will find that they are friendly and easy to work with.
