Worst cloud service provider. My server is down for 1 day, I have lost a huge customer, and no other cloud service provider is under maintenance for so long. This is unacceptable!

I am using many server last 8Year, Cloud4c, Netmagic and last one i using I2K2 server last ,But i m getting server very low cost with same service I am getting also wonderful support and guidance of our requirement with Tannavi from E2E Networks .Over all as till i am happy to using server without any interruption and accept same as future to.key of this company as my point cost i m getting same service as i pay last company 3 time more price as my current E2E server cost. worst support ever , they alloted me an account manager yuvraj kumar who dosent know the s about severs , this guy doesnt know what is going on with his company , it has been over 6 months we are struggling for the issue about the backup of our website , but these guys are so irresponsible , once you take the server , they won’t care to solve any of your problems , for my problem , i have written atleast 100 mails , and now even they have stopped responding , and the moment i put a review somewhere , they call instantly and ask me to delete the review and promise to resolve the issue , but again after 2-3 days its the same
