The servers available with this company are quite stable and there is no worry of excessive downtime.  I didn’t see any type of uptime guarantee, but since they use only good hardware (even if it isn’t the most powerful) it isn’t likely that you’ll experience any prolonged downtime.  The data center that they use also has redundant network connections and power supplies so you can be sure that everything will be up and running for your site’s visitors when they need it.

Very Nice Hosting Packages

While this company only offers VPS and dedicated, they do a good job at making sure the quality of each one is great (while still keeping the prices down).  The VPS solution page has five options to choose from.  The packages range from 20 to 80 gigs of disk space, all of which is on solid state drives for stability and speed.  You will get 512 megs of RAM at the entry level package and it goes up to 8 gigs for the most popular VPS solution.  They do limit you on bandwidth, but it is quite generous at 2-10 TB.

If you would like a dedicated server you will have a lot of options to choose from.  With so many options available it is impractical to list all the specs here, but suffice it to say that they have something for anyone from small sites to those that are fairly large.  You’ll find that they use either Intel or AMD processors, so you will have an option to go with exactly what you want.

They do have technical support available to help you with anything you need, though I haven’t been able to find too much information about how quickly they respond or anything like that.  This is not necessarily a problem since I also didn’t find people complaining.  It seems that they will be able to help you with anything you need, but make sure you know whether you are signing up for a managed or unmanaged server before you get started to help avoid any type of surprise.

Very Affordable Hosting

No matter which of the hosting packages you choose you will find that the prices are very low.  For the lowest end dedicated server as an example, you will only pay $25 per month.  This is very affordable for a dedicated server.  Of course, it isn’t a high end server but for those who like the control of a dedicated server but don’t need a very powerful rig, this is a great option.  The prices only go up just over $100 per month for dedicated servers so that isn’t too bad at all.

NOCIX has done a good job at keeping everything nice and simple for all the hosting services they offer.  Whether you choose a VPS server or a dedicated solution, you can see exactly what you are getting and the price is clearly identified.  While there are a lot of options to consider, they are only on two pages so you can quickly compare the different choices.

If you’re shopping for a good reliable VPS or dedicated server at a low price, this is an excellent company to consider.  Keep in mind that they don’t have any high end servers for very large corporate sites or anything like that.  If you just like the added options you get with VPS and dedicated hosting, but your site is small or medium sized, this is a great option.
