This company does not explicitly state an uptime for their servers, however, there were not any poor reviews on the website or on social media sites such as Facebook or LinkedIn. Downtime does not seem to be an issue as I have not run into any negative comments, so this should not be an issue.

Hosting packages all have standard features including full data backup, firewall securities, 24/7 self-management and administrative access, 24/7 technical support services, and antivirus and antispam for email services. WordPress packages start with 250MB of disk space and 10GB of bandwidth per month. The smallest Linux packages they offer come with 100MB of disk space, 3GB of bandwidth and 3 email accounts. US Hosting is slightly more expensive as their datacenters are in Israel, however, compared to other US based hosting companies, this company is still fairly inexpensive.

They also offer additional packages that increase your bandwidth, storage, and email account options. Additionally, domain registration, hosting and transfer services are available as well. You may also partner with this company and purchase reseller hosting options for reselling needs.

Support

Support options seem to be reliable

This company offers 24/7 customer support through a ticketing and email system. They state they will get back to you as soon as possible, but do not state when that time is. They also have a phone number you may call, but again, it is unclear how long wait times are. They claim to have a reliable customer support team, so presumably they would connect with you in a timely matter. There also does not seem to be a knowledge database on their site, so contacting their support team seems to be the only way to solve issues.

Pricing

Reasonable pricing for all their services

Their Mini Linux package options start at $4.70 a month and include 100MB of storage and a bandwidth limit of 3GB a month. They have a slightly smaller package option, and also 3 increasingly larger package options depending on your power needs. Windows options start at $6.68 a month and come with 100MB of disk space and 3 email accounts. Larger package options have more disk space, bandwidth and email account options.

Email hosting options start at $1.73 month and come with 10MB of storage a month for 1 email account. Larger package options are also available.  Domain pricing is fairly reasonable, starting at $14.95 a year, but is slightly above average pricing. Other international domains are more expensive, such as a de.com or cn.com address, which go for $57 a year.

Summary

Overall a nice option for hosting

As an Israeli based company, this company seems to be a pretty good option for hosting services for that area of the world. They do have separate US pricing options however, they are still fairly inexpensive. They seem to have a decent support system, and offer inexpensive package options based on your needs.
