Clouds web hosting options come with a number of package sizes ranging from “micro” to “extreme”. The multiple options give more choices than other hosting websites, which is a good option for when you need that in-between hosting size. Hosting options come with premium hosting on high-performance equipment with automatic backup. Additional options for your webhosting include dedicated IPs, SSL certificates, and free transfers of accounts. Their reseller accounts also come with a number of package sizes ranging from micro to extreme. Reseller accounts can be controlled through WHM or cPanel, depending on your preferences. They also offer customizable packages depending on your needs. Reseller hosting accounts also come with customer accounts, a dedicated IP address, personal branding, and regular backup. Their virtual servers offer much more customizability and monitoring from an external location to address server issues.

Good support with limited hours

It does not seem that Clouds has a 24/7 support system, but they do have email and phone contact information. It is not clear how quick their response time is nor do they list any operating or ticketing answering hours. They do offer a small Technical Details section, but do not offer much more of a self-help knowledgebase.

Average pricing options at all levels

Micro hosting packages start at €3 (3.42 USD) a month for 30GB of storage and 3 hosted domains. Their largest hosting package is €22 (25.12 USD) for up to 480 GB of storage and 32 hosted domains. These prices are fairly average compared to other hosting sites, however, with servers based in Romania, international access and reliability may not be as dependable outside of Romania and surrounding countries. Reseller hosting packages start at €20 (22.83 USD) a month, and virtual servers start at €30 (34.25 USD) which is also fairly average pricing for reseller hosting and virtual servers, respectively. Domain pricing also ranges on the average side starting at €12 a year.

Pretty good hosting for Romanian clients

Romanian-based Clouds seems to be a decently priced option for web hosting services for the Romanian hosting market. Their hosting services offer some custom options and many package sizing options. Additionally, they offer standard domain registration and hosting as well as SSL certificates. They do not have any servers based outside of Romania, so it is unclear whether they are looking to expand internationally. A lack of clarity for 24/7 support services is a bit concerning, and they do not offer much more than web hosting services.
