As with many providers, a thirty-day money back guarantee and 24/7 support are standard.

Based on their website, Chimehost would appear to be a reputable company with considerable redundancy for a broad range of customers and have an easy to use interface for web development and server access.  Unlike many organizations, web development is not offered; while this will keep prices to a minimum it may require some businesses to engage a third party to develop and update websites.
