I can say that this is one of the few providers that cares about their customers and what they offer. I don’t have anything negative to say, instead it’s all positive. Whenever i need help they stick with me until my problems are solved.

I’ve been hosted with this company for almost 2 years and I’m surprised how reliable it is for being a small business. Initially when I signed up I requested my website to be transferred over to my new account and it was done within 24 hours. Standard cpanel access which is easy for me to navigate since i had it with my old host. Services uptime: They should advertise for having 100% uptime instead of 99% my websites barely had any downtime in the past year and a half. Price: Like every other hosting provider does, there’s a heavy discount when you sign up, but the renewal cost is high which is Ok. I can’t find anyone that offers the same renewal price I guess is due to the hosting expenses. Overall good provider that offers all I needed.

Overall good hosting service provider, whenever i need help they are amazing and helpful, but the renewal price it's a little bit high compared to some other hosting providers.

I moved to this host recently and it took them long to move my cPanel account. I was waiting for 4 days to be completed. I was expecting sooner than that.

Great vps provider with plesk control panel. Easy and smooth website migration. Worth it for the money, plesk alone costs half of the hosting plan…

I've been hosted with brickellhost for almost a year now and all I can say they provide great service for shared hosting. My website was migrated within a day or two only.

I'm very happy with this hosting. My site is always up and the migration process was a breeze. Well it was for, not for them. Unfortunately my previous hosting company made it very difficult to migrate my site but Brickellhost handled it well and managed to get my whole site migrated. The customer service is superb! I'm very satisfied with this company and I hope to stay with them for as long as possible.

I really like the services that they provide for being such a small company. It was a smooth transition, my website is always online, no problems so far!!!
