Uptime & Reliability

Reliability is very questionable

I could not find any explicitly stated uptime for their servers, which is worrisome. Also, on their front page, there was a blog post about how they were having server issues and some servers were down for close to two days. Additionally, when looking at their server options and availability, they very clearly stated that their hardware is old, but “if used properly, you can obtain excellent results with fewer costs”.

Multiple options to choose from with many extra services

This company offers a number of website support and design options in order to keep your site running and looking appealing. Additionally, they offer hosting, domain registration, and Linux server administration options depending on your needs. They offer dedicated servers and virtual servers with varying levels of power and support based on what you are looking for. They also offer maintenance for each server you need with additional options for other servers. Their web hosting is presented with different packages with many customizable options, including a package option that is 100% custom to your needs.

Support

Good support, but it will cost you

BluePink offers maintenance services at a fairly high price per server. However, their maintenance package includes monitoring via technicians or system administrators that also can work with software upgrades and customizability based on customer needs. This price also includes operating system installation, server hardware maintenance, and consulting. Their sites are monitored 24/7 by technicians and are available when problems arise. They do not clearly mention any sort of ticketing system, but it would be assumed to be through your client or user portal through their site. Additionally they have a phone number and email listed, though they do not state how long their response times are.

Many services are over priced

The pricing seems to be a bit high compared to other web hosting and web design sites I’ve come across. This is especially true when they very clearly state they do not have the most up-to-date hardware and that a lot of their hardware in their data centers are old. Their hosting packages reflect the same higher pricing compared to what they offer in terms of servers and domains. Their domain hosting also comes at a fairly high yearly price, but if you get a Romanian (.com.ro or .com.org), you can just buy the whole thing outright for a flat fee.  Additionally, at €50 a month, their maintenance and administration seem very high.

Summary

Not bad if you are using their other services too

.BluePink is a more on the expensive side for what they claim to offer. Though they do seem to have decent web design services, their hosting is not very thorough nor do they offer many options. Additionally, pricing for domain hosting is also high, and they do not offer any money back guarantees or any free options to try out their services. However, they do offer a percentage discount if you purchase your plans a certain amount of months or years in advance.
