Worst service, disk full, ftp port switch, change ip without tell before 7 days, ftp fail to use, no refund This is what you will get, disk full, ip changes without tell you, ftp fail to connect, and ftp port keep change and no dedicated ip. Be honest, if could not make it, why selling at 178 us per years and all this happen after 30 days.
Here is the detail issue happening and all following are true issues, the company Bisend (Light Red Tech Co., Ltd, ray.zheng(ad)racent.com) refuses to reply and refund. All issue keep coming up and said already fix. For your consideration, please share this to others. They are really not selling what they are describing. We are totally disappointed from their service.

Dec 2020, ftp able to connect, but fail to list, disk full could not upload. Website told customer harddisk no limitation of disk size
Bisend (Light Red Tech Co., Ltd, ray.zheng(ad)racent.com) team, please stop to lie to customer. It is wasting time of doing this. Just a simple webpage, why need to make such problem to the world?
